Hi, I'm Chris, the founder of L3D Accessories.

By day, I'm a Mechanical Design Engineer based in the UK. Outside of work, I spend my time designing, testing, manufacturing and using products that help makers get more from their equipment.

L3D Accessories started in 2024 when I began creating 3D printed accessories for my own workshop. As my interest in laser engraving grew, I quickly realised there was a need for practical tools and jigs that made engraving faster, easier and more accurate. What started as solving my own problems soon evolved into helping thousands of makers around the world.

Today, L3D Accessories specialises in laser engraving accessories, alignment jigs, templates and digital downloads, with a particular focus on the xTool ecosystem. Every product is designed with a simple goal: to solve real problems for real makers.

Unlike many online stores, the products you see here are developed and tested by someone who actively uses the machines every day.

I regularly create educational content on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, where I share tutorials, project ideas, machine reviews and practical advice for laser engraving and 3D printing enthusiasts.

Over the years I've had the opportunity to work with leading manufacturers including xTool, Bambu Lab, Creality, Makera, Genmitsu, ACMER and many others. These collaborations allow me to stay at the forefront of new technology while continuing to provide honest feedback and useful solutions to the maker community.
