We offer returns on items that are damaged or faulty upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below to initiate a return.

Return Address: After your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and the return address. Please note that the return label will be for the cheapest shipping option, and you must return the item to the address we provide.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging (if applicable).
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation).
Damaged or Defective Items
We urge you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders or engraved products)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from receipt, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when received (unworn, unused, with original packaging). A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
