Refund & Returns Policy
At L3D Accessories, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and damaged items.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@l3daccessories.com.
Once you have notified us, you must return the item within 14 days.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Include all original parts and accessories.
• Be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to make deductions from refunds where an item shows signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
L3D Accessories does not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost during return transit.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@l3daccessories.com.
Where a fault or error is confirmed, we will:
• Replace the item where appropriate.
• Repair the item where appropriate.
• Provide a refund where appropriate.
For approved faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, L3D Accessories will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Custom-made or personalised products.
• Engraved products.
• Digital downloads.
• STL files, templates, design files, and other downloadable content.
• Gift cards.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Return Address
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
The return address will be provided during the returns process.
