Shipping policy

At L3D Accessories, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all of our customers. Please see our shipping details below:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

UK Orders:
- Free Shipping on orders under £15.
- For orders over £15, the customer will pay for shipping at checkout. The shipping cost will depend on the order size and location, and will be calculated at checkout.
- We use Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked for reliable delivery within 2-3 business days.
International Orders:
- Rates will vary based on the destination. Shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time: 5-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

We currently ship to the UK and select international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at contact@l3daccessories.com to inquire about shipping options.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by the destination country and are due at the time of delivery.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
