Printed to order. Your jig is made after you order and leaves my workshop within 2 to 5 working days. UK delivery then takes about 2 to 3 working days with Royal Mail, so allow 4 to 8 working days in total.

Batch print 14 challenge coins at once on your xTool O1 Omni, with every coin held in exactly the right place. Load your blanks into the jig, drop it into the Omni Bracket System, run Pixel-Scan, and print the lot in one pass.

- 1x Challenge Coin Jig (holds 14x 40mm coins)
Requires the Omni Bracket System, sold separately. One bracket set works with the entire L3D jig range. If you already own it, you're ready to go.

Compatible Blanks
Tested with xTool 40mm blank commemorative coins. Any standard 40mm challenge coin blank will fit.
Blank Size Guide
Designed for 40mm diameter challenge coins. The linked xTool blanks fit perfectly. Please measure your coins before ordering: coins larger than 40mm will not fit, and noticeably smaller coins may sit loose.
Product Features
- 14 coins in one pass. Stop printing coins one at a time. Load the full jig and let the O1 Omni do the work.
- Repeatable alignment. The jig always drops into the brackets in the same position, so your design lines up run after run.
- Quick-swap system. Finished with coins? Lift the jig out and drop in any other L3D jig in seconds. No tools, no re-alignment.
- Pixel-Scan friendly. The matte white surface scans cleanly under the O1 Omni's vision system.
Please Note
Every jig is 3D printed to order just for you. Unused items can be returned within 14 days under our refund policy. Minor surface texture from the printing process is normal and does not affect performance. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will put it right. Coins shown in photos are for demonstration and are not included.
