The original L3D Baseball & Pickleball Jig design as a print-at-home STL file for the xTool O1 Omni UV Printer. This is an instant digital download, nothing is shipped: print the jig on your own 3D printer and start batch printing baseballs and pickleballs straight away.

What's Included

3x STL files: the one piece jig, plus the left and right halves of the split version
L3D digital file licence (text file)

Capacity & Blank Compatibility

Capacity: 5 balls per run
Blank type: regulation baseballs (about 73 to 75mm) and standard 74mm pickleballs

Important: requires the L3D Omni Bracket System (available separately as a printed set or as an STL). One bracket set works with the entire L3D jig range.

Print Guidance

Two versions are included, so this prints on any 3D printer.

Split version: two halves, each 155 x 125mm (about 6 x 5 inches). If your printer can manage that you can print it, and almost every printer can. Even a Bambu A1 mini has room to spare.
One piece version: 310 x 125mm (about 12 x 5 inches). Needs a plate of at least 320mm on its longest side, such as the Bambu Lab H2D or H2S.

PLA is recommended, no supports are needed, and we print ours in matte white PLA.
