The L3D Omni Bracket System XL as a print-at-home STL file for the xTool O1 Omni UV Printer. This is an instant digital download, nothing is shipped: print the brackets on your own 3D printer, push them onto the O1 Omni's Standard Baseplate and run three L3D jigs side by side.

What's Included

  • 2x STL files: the two mirrored XL brackets (print two of each for the full set of four)

Compatibility

  • Fits: the Standard Baseplate (330 x 420mm) on ALL editions of the xTool O1 Omni (Single UV, Dual-Head UV, UV + DT Fabric)
  • Capacity: three L3D drop-in jigs at once
  • xTool Studio: every blank sits inside the printable area of the Standard Baseplate, so one scan picks them all up ready for your designs (see the screenshots above)
  • Using the Mini Baseplate? You need the Omni Bracket System STL instead.

Print Guidance

Each bracket is 221 x 48 x 22mm (about 8.7 x 1.9 x 0.9 inches), so your printer needs a bed at least 225mm long. A Bambu Lab A1, P1S or X1, or a Prusa MK4, has room. Smaller printers such as the Bambu Lab A1 mini cannot print them.

PLA is recommended, and we print ours in matte white PLA.
