Printed to order. Your jig is made after you order and leaves my workshop within 2 to 5 working days. UK delivery then takes about 2 to 3 working days with Royal Mail, so allow 4 to 8 working days in total.

Triple your output on the xTool O1 Omni. The Omni Bracket System XL fits the O1 Omni's Standard Baseplate, the large 330 x 420mm bed, and holds three L3D drop-in jigs side by side. Load three jigs, run Pixel-Scan and print every blank on the bed in one pass.
What's Included
- 4x XL brackets (two mirrored pairs, one bracket for each corner of the baseplate)
- Not included: jigs and blanks. They are sold separately, and the jigs in the photos show how the brackets are used.
Uses the jigs you already have. Every L3D O1 drop-in jig fits the XL as well as the original Omni Bracket System, so you can even mix three different jigs in the same run.
Specs & Compatibility
- Fits: the Standard Baseplate (330 x 420mm) on ALL editions of the xTool O1 Omni (Single UV, Dual-Head UV, UV + DT Fabric)
- Capacity: three L3D drop-in jigs at once
- xTool Studio: every blank sits inside the printable area of the Standard Baseplate, so one scan picks them all up ready for your designs (see the screenshots above)
- Using the Mini Baseplate? The Omni Bracket System is the one for you. It holds one jig on the smaller 330 x 122mm bed.
- Material: 3D printed matte white PLA, colour matched to the O1 Omni
- Designed and tested: by Chris on a real O1 Omni

Please Note
Every bracket set is 3D printed to order just for you. Unused items can be returned within 14 days under our refund policy. Minor surface texture from the printing process is normal and does not affect performance. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will put it right.
Printing on a blank we do not cover yet? Send a jig request. The most requested ideas get designed first.
