Magnetic Pre-Filter for xTool F2 Ultra & F2 Ultra UV

Add an extra layer of protection to your xTool F2 Ultra or xTool F2 Ultra UV.

This magnetic pre-filter attaches to the rear intake of your machine and helps capture dust, fine particles and vapour residue before they reach your main filtration system.

Whether you are using the official xTool AP2 purifier, an inline fan, or a custom extraction setup, this pre-filter helps reduce debris entering your system and can help extend the life of your filters.

Ideal for engraving anodised aluminium, coated metals, wood, leather and other materials that produce fine particles.

The housing consists of two precision 3D printed parts that clamp your chosen filter material securely in place. Integrated magnets allow the unit to snap directly onto the F2 Ultra series intake area.

No tools required. No screws. No permanent modifications.

Filter Material Requirements

You will need to supply and cut your own filter insert to the following size:

• 155mm x 80mm
• Maximum thickness: 1mm

It is important that the material used allows adequate airflow. Suitable materials include cooker hood pre-filter sheets or similar breathable filter media.

Using material thicker than 1mm or material that restricts airflow may affect machine performance.

How It Works

1. Cut your filter material to 155mm x 80mm (maximum 1mm thick).

2. Place the material inside the rear housing section.

3. Fit the front frame to clamp it securely.

4. Snap the unit onto your F2 Ultra intake using the magnetic mount.

Replace the insert as needed to maintain clean airflow.
