Product Overview

Print your own magnetic pre-filter housing designed for the rear intake of the xTool F2 Ultra and F2 Ultra UV.

This design allows you to add a replaceable pre-filter layer to help capture dust, fine particles and vapour residue before they reach your main filtration system.

Suitable for use with:

• Official xTool AP2 purifier
• Inline fan extraction
• Custom exhaust systems

Ideal when engraving anodised aluminium, coated metals, wood, leather and other materials that produce fine debris.

The housing consists of two precision-designed 3D printed parts that clamp your chosen filter material securely in place. Embedded magnets allow the unit to snap onto the F2 Ultra intake area.

No screws.
No permanent modifications.

Filter Material Requirements

You must supply your own filter material cut to:

• 155mm x 80mm
• Maximum thickness: 1mm

It is essential that the material allows adequate airflow.

Suitable examples include breathable cooker hood pre-filter sheets or similar filter media.

Using material thicker than 1mm or material that restricts airflow may affect machine performance.

You Will Also Need

• 6mm magnets (4 required)
• Suitable adhesive for magnet installation

Magnets and filter material are NOT included.
