Printing Guidance
• Filament PLA or PETG
• Layer height 0.2 mm
• Infill 25–35 percent
• Four or more perimeters for strength
• Always print jigs flat for maximum stability and dimensional accuracy

• Load your engraving blanks into their corresponding recesses before focusing
• Use XCS alignment templates or manual framing for precise placement
• Test on scrap material before mass production for best results
