Printing Guidance
• Filament PLA or PETG
• Layer height 0.2 mm
• Infill 25–35 percent
• Four or more perimeters for strength
• Always test fit a flask before engraving production pieces
Usage Notes
• Mount the jig using the M4 × 0.7 mm screws from the xTool right-angle bracket
• Place the flask flat against the jig recess, ensuring full contact for consistent focus
• Use the included XCS alignment file or manually frame for final positioning

Q: Can this jig hold larger or smaller flasks
A: It is designed for 6 oz stainless steel flasks. Other sizes may require scaling in your slicer.
