Printing Guidance
• Filament: PLA or PETG
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 25–35 percent
• Four or more perimeters for added strength
• Always test fit the jig with a sample key organizer before engraving
Usage Notes
• Mount the jig using the M4 × 0.7 mm screws from the xTool right-angle bracket
• Place the folding key organizer flat inside the jig with the main frame face up
• Align using the provided XCS template or frame manually before engraving
Optional FAQ
Q: Can I use this jig with other key organizer models
A: It fits most compact folding designs around 86 mm × 20 mm. Slight variation may require scaling the STL.
