Printing Guidance
• Filament: PLA or PETG
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 25–35 percent
• Four or more perimeters for strength
• Always test fit a sample tag before engraving production pieces
Usage Notes
• Mount the jig using the M4 × 0.7 mm screws from the xTool right-angle bracket
• Insert the aluminium tag with the engraving surface facing up
• Use the included XCS alignment file or manually frame for accurate positioning

A: It is optimised for 80 mm × 42 mm tags. Minor scaling adjustments may allow compatibility with other tag styles.
