Printing Guidance

• Filament: PLA or PETG
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 25–35 percent
• Four or more perimeters for rigidity
• Always test fit a sample wallet before engraving production units


Usage Notes

• Mount the jig using the M4 × 0.7 mm screws from the xTool right-angle bracket
• Position the wallet with the engraving face up and clip side aligned as shown in the reference image
• Use the provided XCS template or manually frame before engraving
