Printing Guidance
• Filament: PLA or PETG
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 25–35 percent
• Four or more perimeters for strength
• Always test fit a sample blank before engraving production pieces
Usage Notes
• Mount the jig using the M4 × 0.7 mm screws from the xTool right-angle bracket
• Place the bamboo bottle opener blank flat in the recess with the engraving face upward
• Use the included XCS alignment file or manually frame for precise engraving
Optional FAQ
Q: Can this jig be used for metal bottle openers
A: It is optimised for bamboo blanks. Metal openers of similar size may fit if lightly scaled in your slicer.
