Printing Guidance
• Filament: PLA or PETG
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 25–35 percent
• Four or more perimeters for strength
• Always test fit the printed jig before engraving production pieces
Usage Notes
• Mount the jig using the M4 × 0.7 mm screws from the xTool right-angle bracket
• Place the wooden-handled bottle opener in the jig with the engraving surface facing up
• Use the included XCS alignment file or manually frame to fine-tune positioning

Q: Can I use this jig for metal-handled bottle openers
A: It is designed specifically for wooden-handled openers. Metal versions may require a separate jig or minor STL scaling.
